    Why investors choose us

    Access to high-quality companies

We invest significant time in identifying attractive, high-quality mid-market companies and in establishing mutual trust with key decision-makers to position ourselves as the preferred investment partner.

    Structured investment solutions

Each opportunity is carefully analysed, structured, and comprehensively documented to a high standard, providing a robust and well-founded basis for investment decisions.

Active involvement throughout the holding period

Acting as a link between investors and portfolio companies, we take an active role at board level and ensure access to relevant expertise and networks throughout the investment phase.

    Investment focus

    Equity capital for mid-market

    companies in the DACH region

We focus on profitably growing mid-market companies with leading competitive positions in future-oriented markets. At the core of our approach are the execution-driven people behind these businesses —entrepreneurs whose vision inspires us and who are committed to realising ambitious growth potential.

Entrepreneurs and management teams retain operational control, while we actively support the business as a strategic sparring partner at board or advisory-board level. We place great emphasis on partnership, alignment of interests, and a shared commitment to jointly pursuing a common vision.

    Family Advisory

    Sparring partner for

    entrepreneurial families

Beyond our investment activities, we support entrepreneurial families during phases in which roles, responsibilities, and ownership structures are being reassessed and redefined.

    Governance

Family, business, and capital are inherently interlinked. This interdependence increases the complexity of developing sustainable and resilient strategies for owner families. We support the definition and implementation of family and ownership strategies, the rules governing involvement in and around the business, and the development of a structured framework for collaboration between family and company.

    Succession

After the founding phase, generational transition is the most significant milestone in the life of a family-owned business. Many succession processes never materialise, fail, or push families into existential crises. Thorough preparation is the most effective form of risk management. We accompany this process and support the economic preparations, taking into accountall relevant strategic, financial, and personal implications.

    Who we are

    People driven by an entrepreneurial

spirit and a strong sense of

    responsibility

Our team supports entrepreneurial success stories, combining decades of experience in the mid-market — across investments, board roles, and as sparring partners to entrepreneurs. We are united by a shared commitment to compelling mid-market investments, the highest standards of quality, and trust-based partnerships.
